Thank you for visiting and shopping at AF Aesthetics. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
Returns and Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange (unopened product only) within 7 days of the original purchase on the product cost only. In order to receive your full refund, the product must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. If you do wish to return your products, please contact us for our return procedure and a return authority. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
AF Aesthetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
AF Aesthetics takes no responsibility for goods that may be lost upon return. Once the returned goods are received by AF Aesthetics in the original unopened condition, we will refund the original purchase price and send a confirmation email.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
