Does nonsurgical lifting work?
Lifting procedures work in elevating and smoothing loose skin and softening wrinkles. Surgical and non-surgical lifting procedures may differ in execution but both procedures can achieve results to some degree.
How long does a lifting last?
Generally, non-surgical lifting procedures can last from 6 months to more than a year while surgical lifting may last longer, for multiple years. This depends on the natural ageing process of the skin. It is best to understand that our skin ages as we grow older and cosmetic treatments can only slow down the visible impact of this process but not eliminate it.
How much does a procedure cost?
All our lifting procedures are customized to the needs of the patients, hence there is no fixed price on the treatment.
Are there any side effects?
Bruising, redness and swelling may be seen after treatments for non-surgical lifting. Allergic reactions may also occur with some treatments, so it is important to inform the physician of any allergens that may trigger an attack. Bacterial infection may happen with minimally invasive procedures, so it is important to follow the aftercare advice that the physician will give after the procedure.
Which is more effective? Non-surgical lifting or surgical lifting?
Both options can lift loose skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Some patients prefer shorter-lived non-surgical procedures to avoid going “under the knife”, while some patients prefer a surgical operation for a longer-lasting effect despite the additional risks and downtime.
